  • Booking information: rental dates, package selection, add-ons, agreement acceptance, and booking reference.
  • Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. For Interac or cash payments we record the payment method and reference.
  • Communication data: emails, SMS (if opted in), and support inquiries.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and cookies used to keep you signed in and remember your session.

2. How we use your information

  • To process and confirm bookings, schedule deliveries and pickups, and communicate with you.
  • To process payments, deposits, refunds, and any damage or late fees.
  • To send booking confirmations, reminders, receipts, and optional marketing communications.
  • To improve our website, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share data with

We only share data with trusted service providers needed to run our business:

  • Stripe for payment processing.
  • Supabase for secure database hosting and authentication.
  • Resend for transactional email delivery.
  • Law enforcement or regulators when required by law.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your booking progress. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, satisfy legal and tax requirements, and resolve disputes. Booking and payment records are retained for at least seven years.

You can access, update, or delete your personal information by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing.
